If a paid digital product isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions, no forms, no justification needed.

How to request a refund

• Email from the address you used at checkout (or include the order reference from your receipt) via the contact page.
• Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Your license to the product ends and download access is revoked. Anything you already learned is, of course, yours to keep.

The fair-use line

Refunds exist for genuine cases. Obvious abuse — repeated buy-refund cycles, or downloading everything and refunding immediately on multiple products — may be declined.
